The only setback is that you dont necessarily need to see the person and interact in anyway. The app shows you people near you. It could have been 2 and 20m as well.

I havent been able to activate it because when it tries to connect to my Facebook, it just crashes. Would have been cool to try out but I guess they spent more money doing targeted ads on Facebook than debugging the actual app.
